After Many year′s hard work and innovation, we have developed substantial product development capabilities on the basis of modern business administration and quality control system, advanced production equipment and strict testing practice, we can make flexible pipes with nominal diameter ranging from 1"to 4", available in more than 100 specification, with an annual output of above 8 million flexible pipes for automobile exhaust system. Now we are the OEM supplier for GUANGZHOU Honda, and GUANGZHOU Toyota.
We were awarded the ISO9001: 2008, ISO/TS16949: 2009 Quality Assurance System in 2003 by BSI. To guarantee our product quality, we have a well-established testing center, the equipments include a 5, 000N Numerical controlled tester that is capable of testing flexible pipes rigidity and material physical properties; A durablility tester that can be used to test the flexible pipes duration in different situations. Our testing center can also conduct the test of air-tightness and explosive pressure of the flexible pipes.
We own advanced production equipment, excellent outstanding technical personnel and management personnel, production process uses automation, procedures, and elaborating management mode.
We have Development Center, Excellent processing equipment, experienced technical staff to fulfill customer′s requirement.
The goods adopts the "first-in first-out" management mode. We have Storage area for semi-finished product, Storage area for finished product, Storage area for export product, Storage area for export product.
